Keiry

The little diva of the house. She is very energetic, and her personality always attracts attention. She is very brave and loving. She loves hugs. She dreams of becoming a nurse so she can help needy children and all the teddy bears in the world. Keiry is eight years old and came to us in time for our Three Kings Celebration at the Children’s Home. She’s adjusted well. We can tell she is smart and a good student. She knows how to read and write which is pretty amazing for her age and background. Most children of trauma come to us with many delays especially in school. The police surrendered her to us due to confirmed reports of physical child abuse. The hardest part of our job is to see the harm inflicted on these children through no fault of their own. Her extended family is unable to care for her and government authorities have placed her with us for an extended period of time.

Keiry is a sweet, lively, happy, and energetic girl. We thank God for giving her shelter in a safe and nurturing home to help her start the healing process.
