We have a few project goals for 2025. Our main goal includes installing solar panels on the Children’s Home and Missionary Quarters.
Solar panel installations are needed to cope with the many power outages we have here. We need to be able to power fans and lights for the kids, internet, fans, and lights for the admin staff, and fans and lights for visiting groups. Solar is reliable and is a clean energy source. Power from the grid here is often too high in voltage or too high in amperage and is constantly damaging equipment. We also need a backup power system for the church.
Another priority is that we need to replace a roof that is leaking badly and replace drywall under it that has been damaged. The roof cover for the pavilion at the Missionary Quarters needs to be replaced.
Other 2025 Project Goals:
Purchase and plant more fruit trees
Welcome garden at the front of the childrens home
paint for the exterior of the children’s home
We desperately need new furniture for the children’s home which will cost about $2000
Other things that we need or could use:
A new power washer
A new generator
A new AC for the admin office
A dream for 2025 is to purchase and install a solar heated hot water system for the children’s home and the missionary quarters

This is a monthly donation for $60 that will greatly improve the lives of the children at the home.
Help sponsor food costs for the Children’s Home. We provide 3 meals per day for each child, as well as continuous fresh clean water supply. All of our staff gets the main meal of the day provided by the home. Food costs are not cheap in the Dominican Republic and we have a lot of mouths to feed. Your donations ensure that none of our children go hungry and our staff are also supported.
